Some end their nights w tea, I end my nights with a hot cup of golden milk. Golden milk has several health benefits such as reducing inflammation, preventing cell damage, improving your mood, supporting brain function, improving memory, lowering blood sugar levels, boosting the immune system –– the list goes on. Not to mention it taste like Christmas in a cup!


2 cups Oat Milk (or whichever milk your prefer, I personally don't drink milk made from cows)

1 tsp of ground turmeric

Pinch of black pepper (this helps to activate the turmeric)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp honey

1tsp of coconut oil

and I like to finish it off by grating fresh nutmeg over the top, which I guess is why it tastes so Christmassy :)
